Moon Rover Demo

Over the course of 6 weeks Mini Mammoth Games worked alongside 15 students from Flinders University and the Andy Thomas Space Centre and created a fun and beautiful demo.
The demo was to represent the sort of missions human controlled rovers would perform on the moon and other planets within our solar system. Allowing players to interact with the environment through tasks such as:

Collect Soil Samples

Build Structures

Navigate The Moon
We also allowed players to adjust the gravity that is used. This is used as a difficulty selection menu, the lower the gravity the harder the rover is to control.
The available gravity options are as follows:

Earth

Mars

Moon

After the completion of the demo, we had the fantastic opportunity to showcase the demo at the Rover fair held at the Adelaide University. The demo was an overall hit and everyone, especially kids loved it.
